Renovation of a stadium in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of North Adams, the Awarding Authority, is requesting quotes from qualified contractors for the Ice-Skating Rink Rubber Flooring Replacement Project , in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of North Adams. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of work: Remove old rubber cove baseboard Remove Lobby seat (benches) (rink to salvage) Remove rubber flooring (stack up rubber, rink to salvage) Scrape and clean floor as needed Repair holes in floor where benches were removed, if needed Concession area is raised floor by 3/8"-1/2" - taper and install as needed Install new 2'x2' interlocking floor, unglued, tight-fit Install new commercial rubber cover moulding (baseboard) Take all demolition from scene 50% payment bond if contract is more than $25,000. Prevailing wage rates (20250321-019) Area approx. 2300 sq ft
