A performance bond with a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the contract price, a Payment Bond not less than 50% of the contract price, proof of general liability insurance, E-Verify MOU, Beason Hammon, and other documents will be required of the successful bidder. Code 41-16-82, (1975). The work shall generally consist of construction of a new booster pump station and approximately 8,050 LF of 2" HDPE water service line and appurtenances along White Pike Road to serve the Freedom Hills WMA Headquarters site in Colbert County, AL. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside: name of the Bidder, Bidder's license number, license expiration date, category, address and name of the project.
