Maple Leaf Subdivision Water, Storm, and Sewer Installation Project The Project includes the following Work per proposal: Installation of 833 LF of 8" PVC SS Pipe, 264 LF of 4" PVC SS Laterals, 2 EA 48" SS Manholes, other sanitary sewer appurtenances, 443 LF of 12" PVC SD Pipe, 1 EA 48" SD Manhole, 5 EA SD Catch Basins, other storm drain appurtenances, 955 LF of 6" C900 Waterline, 2 EA Fire Hydrants, 300 LF of 2" SDR 9 HDPE Waterline, 27 EA Service Connections, and other waterline appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Maple Leaf Subdivision Water, Storm, and Sewer Installation Project. Anticipated substantial completion is by June 30, 2025.
