The Coos County Airport District, North Bend, Oregon, is accepting Request for Bids for prepping and painting the exterior of the Bureau of Land Management Coos Bay Office, with an estimated surface area of approximately 14,000 sf. The Coos County Airport District (CCAD) owns and operates the Southwest Oregon Regional Airport, formerly known as North Bend Municipal Airport, and serves as a public airport located in North Bend, Oregon. It is distinguished as the only airport along the Oregon Coast providing commercial passenger service, making it a critical transportation hub for the region. Not only is the CCAD responsible for airport operations, but it also manages numerous landside properties, residing within its boundaries, which includes the Bureau of Land Management office complex. Because the existing lease agreement stipulates that the CCAD adhere to a regular painting schedule, the CCAD is therefore seeking bids for painting the exterior of the Bureau of Land Management office building. The bid should include: o Timeline to complete project - Project must be completed by October 17, 2025. o Prevailing wage costs, using the prevailing wage rates from the month prior to the bid. No bids will be received or considered by the CCAD unless the bid contains a statement that the Bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.870 relating to Prevailing Wages. o Liability insurance, the successful bidder shall secure and maintain liability insurance for the term of the project.
