Renovation of a multi-residential development in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Sealed bids are requested in a single contract proposal for the removal and replacement of select siding, trim, and windows at the North Bend Housing Authority's Hamilton Court apartment complex at 1700 Monroe Ave, North Bend, Oregon. The work includes installing new fiber cement plank and panel siding, all associated flashing, trim, and weather barriers in the area of work. The window replacement is an alternate bid item. Bids must be in writing and delivered to Crow/Clay & Associates Inc., Architecture and Planning, at their Coos Bay office. Only bids received by the deadline will be considered. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the jobsite. Bid security in the form of a Cashier's Check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount must be included. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Minimum Wage Rate Requirements, and compliance certificates will be required from the successful bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders must also disclose first-tier subcontractor information as specified. The owner reserves the right to reject any bids not in compliance with procedures or for other specified reasons. Bid Forms and subcontractor information are accepted by hand delivery, mail, or email. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and addressed to the Architect at Crow/Clay & Associates Inc., PO Box 839, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420. To be given consideration, each request for interpretation must be received at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Requests may be emailed to coosbay@crowclay.com.
