On-Call Illegal Dumping and Litter/Debris Removal Services The following is intended to represent some of the duties of the on-call maintenance Service Provider(s) for the City of Vallejo: Removal of illegal dumping, litter, debris and vegetation from City-owned public rights-of-way and City property as instructed by the City. This activity may include large items such as tires, refrigerators, and other large debris. The City will work with the selected Service Providers on a case-by-case basis to determine the specific scope of services required.
