Remodeling of a municipal facility in Vallejo, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,878-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Requests for modifications or clarifications of any information in the bid documents must be submitted in writing by clicking online. Bids must be accompanied by a copy of a deposit either in the form of a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable standby letter of credit or Bidder's Bond, as described in the documents, which will be applied to damages sustained by WETA in the event that the successful Bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract awarded to it by WETA The successful Contractor must provide a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Price of the Agreement and issued by a California admitted surety. The payment bond will provide WETA with security for Contractor's full payment to all subcontractors for costs of materials, equipment, supplies, and labor furnished in the course of the performance of the Agreement. Full compensation for furnishing the payment bond is included in the Grand Total Price. WETA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the solicitation procedure, or to postpone the bid due date for good cause, as determined by WETA.
