No definite date for the rebid.** Fire Alarm System-CP 1, 2 & Infirmary The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove and replace the Fire Alarm System at three compounds for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC) as per Attachment C - Specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions page 4 for complete details of this requirement. The state reserves the right to reject the response of the bidder, proposer, or contractor if this Certification is subsequently determined to be false, and to terminate any contract awarded based on such a False response or if the certification is no longer true.
