Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is the demolition and removal of the existing landing, stairs, and concrete paving, and provide a new structural concrete landing, sloping sidewalks, and the installation of three new crawlspace access hatches. The accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance Assurance Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount.
