Reference Number 0000289948 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/25 12:00:00 AM CDT The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, is issuing this Request for Proposals (Stage 1 RFPQ) on behalf of the Buying Group, to prequalify suppliers to provide Engineering and Architectural Services to the Buying Group. The participating members of the Buying Group are: Government of Manitoba ("GoM") The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("MHRC") The Manitoba Water Services Board ("MWSB") Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation ("MBLL") Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board ("MB Hydro") Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation ("MPI") "Manitoba Health Organizations" which includes: Shared Health Inc. • Winnipeg Regional Health Authority ("WRHA") O Northern Regional Health Authority ("NRHA") Southern Health ("SH-SS") Prairie Mountain Health Region ("PMH") Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority ("IERHA") CancerCare Manitoba ("CCMB") The Government of Manitoba may execute the Master Services Agreement on behalf of Buying Group Members. Each Buying Group Member may execute their Participating Addendum with the Pre-Qualified Supplier(s). Some Buying Group Members may only start leveraging services from the Agreement resulting from this procurement, upon their existing agreements with their respective incumbents expiring.
