Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 77,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 65-unit multi-residential development; and one-story below grade, 38-space parking garage.
Construction of a multi-residential development which will include some affordable units. TIMELINE: The city has chosen Réseau Compassion Network to build a 65-unit apartment complex with integrated disability support services in partnership with CoHabit. Subdivision, rezoning & plan approvals are in place. Design is ongoing. Updates will be made early 2027.
