Reference Number 0000289538 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/02 12:00:00 PM CDT Government of Manitoba requires a vendor for Supply and Delivery of Cavity Pumps for pumping a mix of slurry of pulverised limestone and water at a mine. In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this tender is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. 1.1 This solicitation is for the procurement of 3 (three) cavity pumps, for the Department of Environment and Climate Change (Environmental Programs and Remediation division), as replacements for existing cavity pumps at the wastewater treatment facility, Ruttan Mine, Leaf Rapids, Manitoba. The replacement pumps are specifically Seepex SCT PC Pump BN 70-6LS, with capacity to pump a mix of slurry of pulverised limestone and water. Installation will be done by others (not in scope). 1.2 The Vendor shall provide cavity pumps that meet the specified performance, quality, and regulatory requirements, along with necessary documentation, warranties, and after-sales support. 1.3 Accessories and Spare Parts: Vendors shall include in their bids detailed information and pricing for all accessories necessary for the installation of the pumps. Additionally, vendors must provide a comprehensive list of the minimum required spare parts along with details on their availability. 1.4 Technical Documentation: Vendors to provide documentation as listed in Appendix A, Section D of this document. 1.5 Standards and Codes: All components described in this Agreement will be designed and constructed in accordance with all applicable codes and standards as defined in the latest editions of: (a) Canadian Standards Association (CSA) All equipment shall comply with the provincial and municipal laws and regulations governing the location where the equipment is to be installed. The Vendor will be responsible to register the equipment, where applicable, with relevant Canadian Provincial and Municipal Authorities, including paying for all fees. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
