Reference Number 0000289727 Pricing Lump sum 1 Responsibility for packaged equipment system controls installation, testing and commissioning as supplied by other sections of Division 23 including responsibility for any miscellaneous field control wiring and sensor/device mounting to achieve the required packaged controls sequence of operation, including, 1 Mounting and control wiring related to EF-1, 2 Mounting and control wiring related to SF-1, 3 Mounting and control wiring related to HC-1, 2 Co-ordinate and provide for any dedicated 120V power circuits required for operation of controls provided under this specification. Wiring methods to Division 26 standards. .3 Responsibility for all control wiring, mounting and operational commissioning of loose supplied controls provided by others as part of a packaged equipment supply. 4 Provision O&M manuals, as-built control shop drawings and Owner training of systems use and one-year warranty services. .5 Refer to Division 26 Electrical drawings for control wiring methods to Division 26 standards; co-ordinate and pay for all control and power wiring required under this section. .6 Provide O&M training as noted in Section 21 05 01. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
