The Project Team is seeking a "Project Consultant" for Medical Equipment Consulting Services. The Project Consultant will contract directly with HDR to provide services including, but not limited to, design and construction administration services for The Project. The Program Stage is complete, and the Validation Phase is currently underway. Phase 1: Validation Phase o Key KPU layout of all key treatment and patient rooms coordinating with HDR medical planning team. Provide preliminary mechanical / electrical requirements for each piece of equipment. o Development of total list of required key medical equipment o Walk thru and inventory of existing medical equipment in existing University of Nebraska Medical Center spaces including Clarkson Tower, Hixson-Lied Center, and other building as directed for possible equipment reuse, based on age, condition and appropriate life expectancy o Propose a cost budget for all new medical equipment and update it as directed through the course of this phase o Propose a reuse strategy for how much medical equipment can be reasonably relocated Deadline for Inquiries: Friday, March 28th, 2025 As needed Addendum Issued: Monday, April 7th, 2025 As needed Questions or inquiries pertaining to this solicitation should be directed to Bryan Nielsen at bryan.nielsen@hdrinc.com, and copy Andrea Middleton at andrea.middleton@hdrinc.com The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
