Site work for a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and educational facility.
Courtyard Grading and Drainage Improvements at Boise High School. Bidders and other properly interested parties are invited to be present at bid opening. Bids must be on the bid form and accompanied by a bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount made payable to: Independent School District of Boise. The bid security is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional expense to the Owner caused thereby. The Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
