RFQ Design - Newark - Entrances and Circulation Improvements Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Bill Holtz at holtz.28@osu.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website This project will create a new campus entrance road at the intersection of Londondale Parkway and Country Club Drive. In 2011, Country Club Drive (which runs along the western edge of the campus) was widened through a Newark City an ODOT project. A lighted intersection was created at Londondale Parkway and Country Club Drive. The intersection was designed to eventually become a new southwest entrance point onto campus. However, a residential property located at the intersection had prevented this from occurring. The university has since acquired the property and demolished the house. This project will fulfill a significant infrastructure element of Framework 2.0 as well as relieve bottlenecks at other locations along Country Club Drive. A new access road would also begin the planned connection of the campus core to the soutmeadow, allowing for future development on this part of the campus. Professional Services Completed: 06/27
