2312 Princess Street - Women's Transitional Housing Renovation 2312 Princess Street is owned by the City of Kingston and will be leased to Dawn House to establish a new location for transitional housing to support homeless, vulnerably housed, and marginalized women living in poverty. The scope of this project is to renovate and refresh the building as per the drawings and specifications. The building is a wood frame two storey designated heritage building formerly used as private school. The scope of work includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and permits (City will apply and pay for the building permit) to perform the renovations as described in the drawings and specifications.
