Reference Number 0000381335 Project Scope Description The scope shall consist of Providing, Storing, Assembling, and Installing Office and Classroom Furniture in order to prepare the school to open for the Fall 2025 school year. Community Elementary School 15 Arnold Mills Road, Cumberland, RI 02864 Furniture Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) will be provided to the whole school's areas. Deliveries and installations are permitted from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries and installations will be considered by Cumberland School Department with proper notice of three business days prior to the activity provided. Proper protection provided to each floor's surround/flooring by the FF&E Service provider. For purposes of the proposal assume installation of all products within the schedule outlined above. Any storage or staging cost shall be contained within the bid. Any expediting fees shall be noted on the bid form, Exhibit B, along with what item the fee applies to. Proposals should list every exclusion taken by the proposer. Questions are submitted online No All work shall be completed in conformance with the NE CHPS and Rhode Island Department of Education regulations as outlined in the bid documents. All parking, storage and logistic items for construction will be confined to the construction areas as agreed to between the successful bidder, the School Department, Colliers Project Leaders, and the General Contractor. Smoking on School grounds is prohibited and failure to conform to this requirement will result in removal from the Project.
