Renovation of a municipal facility in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for the replacement of one Steel Entry Door at Emergency Management. Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner Daniel Swem at 417-451-8223. Missouri tax letter number 12567914 Door location is on the south side of the building. Door minimum level 2, 1 3/4 thick insulation. Heavy duty gauge steel minimum. Replace door and frame. Reinfored striken plates. Heavy duty hinges. Proper weather strips and proper sealing at building to door jamb contact points. Weather resistant handle set.
