Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the following: Installation of a 2-inch asphalt overlay along approximately 2,500 linear feet of divided highway, milling of existing pavement, and the construction of two (2) right-turn lanes. The work also includes associated earthwork, placement of aggregate base, asphalt paving, installation of concrete curb and gutter, storm water drainage structures and piping, erosion and sediment control measures, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans. SITE DESCRIPTION Project Location - Land disturbance activities will take place in the City of Neosho, Newton County, Missouri. Construction includes installation of a 2-inch asphalt overlay along approximately 2,500 linear feet of divided highway, milling of existing pavement, and the construction of two (2) right-turn lanes. Construction will take place within Section 35 and 36 of Township 25 North, Range 32 West and Section 04 and 05 of Township 24 North, Range 32 West.
