Remove Existing Double Steel Doors and Frame and Replace With New to Match Existing, Complete With Transom Glass in Storage Room and Louver in Electrical Room. Both Double Doors to Have New Astragal, Door Loop, Flush Bolts and Electric Strike. Colour to Match Existing Curtain Wall Glazing and Frame. Locations as Indicated on Drawings. Renove Deteriorated Caulking and Replace With New Around Entry Curtain Wallis and Exterior Doors. Colour to Match Existing. Missing/damaged Flashing to Be Replaced Around Entry Curtain Walls as Per Specifications Complete With New Sealant. Colour to Match Curtain Wallis.
