Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2025 Asphalt Paving / Curb & Gutter Projects ASPHALT PAVING: Spring St – 1st to 2nd, Area: 235’ X 20’ ** option for additional 1,050 sq. ft. on 2nd St. east of Spring St. Work to be done: Saw cut, pulverize, remove subsoils, widen and ensure 6" of compacted base course, finish shape base course. Furnish and install 2 ½" of compacted hot mix asphalt. Contractors shall pulverize and rough grade to ensure proper stormwater drainage. Contractor is also responsible for all erosion control until street is paved. CURB AND GUTTER: Spring Street – 1st to 2nd, 480 L.F. of 24" curb and gutter ** ** option for additional 64 L.F. of curb and gutter along south edge of 2nd St. A basic street map of the sites is on file at the Village Office and any questions regarding the project should be addressed to Public Works Director, Paul Schindler, at 608-792-1972. The Village of Trempealeau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Village.
