The City of Penticton invites Proposals for the installation of landscaping and irrigation on the Lake-to-Lake bike route, located along Kinney Avenue and South Main Street between Atkinson Street and Lee Avenue in Penticton, BC. The Work consists of - Installation, testing, and setup of automatic irrigation systems; - Placement of landscaping rock and rock features; - Planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, and other ground covers; - Mulching of landscaping beds; - Seeding of natural lawn areas Substantial Performance of these Works shall be achieved no later than September 26, 2025. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Unit Price Contract, together with the Supplementary General Conditions, and the Supplementary Specifications as detailed in Part C of this RFP.Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for the installation of landscaping and irrigation on the Lake-to-Lake bike route, located along Kinney Avenue and South Main Street between Atkinson Street and Lee Avenue in Penticton, BC. a The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.
