Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of utility upgrades and road reconstruction along Eckhardt Avenue, located between Main Street and Government Street. This work includes the associated surface and utility works along Government Street between Eckhardt Ave. E and Wade Ave. Substantial Performance for all Work should be achieved no later than August 1st, 2026.
