Renovation of a municipal facility in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000300016 Question Acceptance Deadline Aug 26, 2025 02:00 PM PDT Refresh of tenant office space, including repainting, new flooring, millwork, installation of glass partitions, and applicable changes to electrical and HVAC required for tenant's space consolidation plans. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Re-configuration and refresh of various zones located on the first floor. Refresh (paint) of walls and creation of a large boardroom with a demountable partition (w/glazing feature). Boardroom to be equipped with Teams equipment (client supplied) which will require cabling, wall reinforcement, electrical and HVAC considerations. Upgrade and refresh of the shared kitchen space, including installation of a new water bottle filling station and new cabinetry/millwork. Addition of sound masking throughout the entire space (first and second floors) as per drawings. Installation of automatic door operators and accessibility buttons at various locations, to tie into tenant's existing access card system. Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date. Ii. A Suretys Consent Indicating That, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1. Of This Itt, the Surety Company Will Furnish the Contract Security Which Shall Include a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond of the Bid Price or a Consent From the Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank That an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in the Amount of 50% of the Bid Price Will Be Furnished.
