Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Refresh of tenant office space, including repainting, new flooring, millwork, installation of glass partitions, and applicable changes to electrical and HVAC required for tenant's space consolidation plans. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Re-configuration and refresh of various zones located on the first floor. Refresh (paint) of walls and creation of a large boardroom with a demountable partition (w/glazing feature). Boardroom to be equipped with Teams equipment (client supplied) which will require cabling, wall reinforcement, electrical and HVAC considerations. Upgrade and refresh of the shared kitchen space, including installation of a new water bottle filling station and new cabinetry/millwork. Addition of sound masking throughout the entire space (first and second floors) as per drawings. Installation of automatic door operators and accessibility buttons at various locations, to tie into tenant's existing access card system.
