The City of Penticton invites Qualified Suppliers to submit quotes on this Request For Quote ("RFQ") for Supply and Delivery of Transformers. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) year with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any quotation or to accept the quotation which it deems most favorable in the interests of the City of Penticton.
