Renovation of a mixed-use development in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; fire / police facility; municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to maintain or upgrade the existing security and alarm systems, supply and install the new security and alarm systems and provide monitoring service (digital and physical) for all RDOS facilities. The successful respondent will need to analyze the existing security systems and advise the requirement for an upgrade, evaluate the new infrastructures' requirement for security system (both hardware and software) and provide specifications for remote and physical monitoring services including security response procedures.
