Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Penticton invites qualified Contractors to submit Proposals for the construction of the 2025 Capital Works program, which includes roadway and utility upgrades at the following six locations: Green Avenue West - crosswalk improvements; Manitoba Street - multi-use pathway and traffic calming; Ontario Street & Forestbrook Drive - multi-use pathway and sanitary sewer re-route; Westminster Avenue West & Bassett Street - intersection traffic calming; Hatfield Avenue & Beatty Street - sidewalk installation; Lakeside Road - sanitary and force main sewer replacements.
