Site work and paving for a civil project in Wiarton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
- Roads and Culverts Repair Phase 2; - 21 road crossing culvert replacements. The work involves the following: Construction and replacement of one structural culvert on Point Road. Replacement and/or Construction of 19 PC-CSP (Polymer Coated Corrugated Steel Pipe) or concrete culverts on, Pit Road, Harbour Road, Point Road, Chick's Road, Lighthouse Road, Wilmer Road/Farm Road, and Nayaushing Road. The PC-CSP culverts are to be replaced by trench restoration method. Ditching work in vicinity of new culverts for positive drainage. Bid Deposit no less than 10% of the total Tender Amount issued by a company authorized to issue guarantee bonds in the Province of Ontario A Performance bond, in the amount of 50% of Contract Price, covering the performance of this Contract, including any warranty requirements A Labour and material payment bond, in the amount of 50% of Contract Price. Owner reserves the right to accept any offer, waive defects in any offer, or reject any or all offers.
