Site work and paving for a road / highway in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work to be performed consists of up to 51,085 square yards of bituminous sealcoat double application, 335 gallons of crack seal, and related pavement markings. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Robeson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations Bids will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly Workshop meeting, Tuesday, April 15, 2024, at 7:00 pm.
