Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall commence no sooner than May 19, 2025 and shall be substantially complete no later than October 17, 2025 and subject to the Progress Clause. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. One hundred percent (100%) Labor, Material and Performance Bond and a Certificate of Insurance will be required of the successful bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without the written consent of the OWNER. The OWNER will notify the successful bidder within sixty (60) days after receiving bids.
