Site work for a water / sewer project in Candor, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approx. 13,500 LF 6-inch PVC lines, 20 LF 6-inch DIP lines, 500 LF of 8-inch DIP lines, with Gate Valves, Fire Hydrants, service connections, and including Bore and Jack crossings and associated appurtenances. Lines located on McCaskill Dr. and between E. Jimmy St. and E. Harris St. will be constructed last in the project due to the requirement of easements. Bids are requested for Contract: Candor Water System Improvement - 2023 Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract.
