Turbocor Compressor Replacement All bids are subject to Massachusetts Davis Bacon Wage Rates as included in the project specifications. L.B. Johnson Apartment - located at 150 Erie Street, Cambridge, MA 02139 in the Cambridge port area, this 12-story high rise development has a 177-units consisting of elderly and disabled residents. Manning Apartments is a 19-story elderly/disabled housing development consisting of 199 units located in Central Square at 237 Franklin Street, Cambridge, MA. The project consists of shutting down the system and replacing failed compressors, disposing, and installing new compressors. The contractor will be responsible for replacing failed discharge check valve, purging the system, installing new equipment, and restarting the system to proper operation. The time for completion of this project will be thirty business days from Notice to Proceed. SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall, pursuant to the terms of this contract, provide all the labor, supplies, materials and equipment, and perform all services and supervision necessary and proper to provide: TURBOCOR COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT AT L.B JOHNSON AND MANNING APARTMENTS
