As of June 6, 2025 Project has been awarded to The Stout Group LLC no awarded amount available nterested businesses may obtain the full solicitation and all associated documents through the Procurement Portal. It is strongly encouraged that Respondents register well in advance of the deadline to leave time to address any technical issues. It is also recommended that Respondents include any commodity codes for services or products it offers as the Village uses these codes to send notice of relevant solicitation opportunities. Any questions related to registration may be directed to procurement@keybiscayne.fl.gov. Any and all questions or requests for information or clarification pertaining to this solicitation must be made in writing via email to procurement@keybiscayne.fl.gov by no later than April 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Milling and Paving: o Perform milling of the existing asphalt pavement to the specified depth, ensuring complete removal of deteriorated surfaces and proper preparation for new asphalt application. o The milling depth shall conform to Miami-Dade County specifications, requiring a minimum depth of 1.5 inches and up to 2 inches where needed, unless otherwise specified by Key Biscayne engineers. o Transport and dispose of all removed materials in accordance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. o Apply tack coat at the designated application rate to ensure proper adhesion between pavement layers. o Install new asphalt pavement to the required thickness, compacting it using appropriate rolling and compaction methods to achieve specified density, smoothness, and longevity. o The repaving depth shall conform to Miami-Dade County specifications, requiring a minimum of 1.5 inches of asphaltic concrete surface course and up to 2 inches where necessary. o Ensure all paving operations comply with FDOT Standard Specifications Sections 330, 331, and 916. o Utilize proper joint construction techniques to prevent premature cracking and ensure a seamless transition between new and existing pavement sections. o Perform post-installation evaluations, including rideability testing and density checks to verify pavement performance standards
