The Village of Key Biscayne in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide an updated stormwater plan for Zone 1 of the Village to include updated hydraulic modeling and recommended drainage solutions with a focus on the K8 School area. The new study should be developed using previous Stormwater Master Plan data, surveys, and models as a baseline and attempt to incorporate existing village systems and plans if applicable with the revised design criteria. Response to Questions: July 10, 2025 Any questions, comments, request for information or clarification must be submitted to procurement@keybiscayne.fl.gov VILLAGE RIGHTS The Village reserves the right to award one or more contract(s) to the Respondent(s) in accordance with what the Village deems in its best interest. Notwithstanding, the Village may, at its sole discretion, reject all responses and cancel the solicitation, in which case no award will be made. The Village also reserves the right to waive minor variations or irregularities in the Responses.
