ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals should it b SCOPE OF SERVICE: Contractors shall be responsible for the following services on designated City of Ludington streets: o Review designated streets to be crack sealed o Clean all cracks to be sealed /filled o Install hot rubberized sealant in designated cracks o Supply appropriate traffic control measures (including signage and flaggers) during crack sealing operations All work shall be done in accordance with current MDOT HMA CRACK TREATMENT standards, and according to further direction by the City of Ludington DPW Superintendent as needed.
