The scope of work for this project includes but not limited to: Furnish and install one (1) 30,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tank complete with reinforced concrete foundations, modification to piping, replacement of existing air compressor, air supply line, electrical, sitework and all required appurtenances. Site restoration. All work shall be in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Complete in Place. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
