Remodeling of a casino in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a casino.
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC. (CNE), a wholly owned tribal company of the Cherokee Nation, is seeking proposals from qualified interior designers to submit bids for the cost of plans to remodel/refresh the High Limit room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Catoosa, OK. Please see bid scope for particulars. Designs are needed to renovate the high limit area, interior garage entry, and upper mezzanine outside salons, in our casino. The project aims to modernize the space, improve customer satisfaction, and create a luxurious environment that meets the expectations of our premium clientele. We would like a 3-fold proposal. A "high", "medium", and "lower" grade of renovation so that we can choose the best option and budget accordingly. These improvements may include but are not limited to: -new carpet -new lighting -new paint -wall repair -possible wall demo - possible relocate bar -small video board -re-face bar -repaint ceiling -add 2 memorabilia cases BONDING NOTICE CNE generally requires payment and performance bonds for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000. However, qualified TERO-certified firms are encouraged to bid, regardless of bonding capability. In accordance with Cherokee Nation Law, 28 C.N.C.A. 20 no contractors or subcontractors of any Cherokee Nation entity may contract with any business owned by a first degree relative of any elected official of the Cherokee Nation.
