Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A pre-bid meeting isn't planned for this project. General Notice Jefferson Co. RWD No. 1 is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Contract 1: Groundwater Well and Electrical Contract 2: Piping and Meter Pit Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by RWD 1 at the offices of Bartlett & West, 1200 SW Executive Dr. until Monday, April 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be accepted by email to louis.funk@bartwest.com until 2:00. The Project includes the following Work: Contract 1: groundwater well, and electrical modifications to the well site Contract 2: piping and meter pit Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. 1 - Groundwater Well and Electrical | Owners Budget - $215,000 Contract No. 2 | Piping and Meter Pit | Owners Budget - $35,000 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $250,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Doc note: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be required for the Drawings and Specifications. There will be no refund for this deposit.
