Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Morristown, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a 2,560-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
As of 5/8/2024: All bids rejected. Bids are substantially beyond staff or designer’s estimates. Replacement often (10) dugouts at the fields at Frank-Lorino Park. This project will replace 10 existing dugouts with 10 7' x 42'-3" SSMR dugouts. The basis-of-design for thesedugouts is Poligon. The City of Morristown reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids and to waive informalities.
