Witt Utility District will be soliciting bids for a Water Meter Replacement project for its approximately 2,200 water customers in parts of Hamblen and Jefferson Counties, Tennessee. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
