The Hamblen County Highway Department desires to receive bids for 12"-96", 14 and 16 gauge Circular Metal Pipe, 6"-96" Circular Plastic Pipe, 12"-96", 14 and 16 gauge Arch Metal Pipe, and 14 and 16 gauge Connection Bans in all sizes to accommodate pipe listed, as required. The term of the bid shall be from July 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2026 Any questions regarding this bid can be directed to Jeff Wisecarver at (423) 586-3273. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. Such a request to withdraw should be made in writing to the Hamblen County Highway Superintendent who will approve or disapprove of the request. The Hamblen County Highway Department reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any bid; to reject any or all bids with or without cause; and/or to accept the bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Hamblen County Highway Department. ** Bid date info ; Bids shall be sealed in an envelope, and the outside of the envelope should be marked with "Sealed Bid" and the title of the bid item. No fax copies will be accepted.
