Deicing Salt The term of the bid shall be from July 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2026 Questions can be directed to Jeff Wisecarver at (423) 586-3273. Bidder Must Deliver Salt Within 3 Days of the Order. Deliveries Must Be Made to the Hamblen County Highway Department at 3373 Herbert Harville Drive, Morristown, TN 37813. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. Such a request to withdraw should be made in writing to the Hamblen County Highway Superintendent who will approve or disapprove of the request. The Hamblen County Highway Department reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any bid; to reject any or all bids with or without cause; and/or to accept the bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Hamblen County Highway Department. ** Bid date info ; Bids shall be sealed in an envelope, and the outside of the envelope should be marked with "Sealed Bid" and the title of the bid item. No fax copies will be accepted.
