Advertisement to Bid The Hamblen County Department of Education is seeking bids for the following: The construction of a new Softball Facility at West Morristown-Hamblen High School. HCBOE reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Direct inquiries to Hugh Clement, Assistant Superintendent at 423-581-3118. Generally, the work consists of: a. Excavation for building foundations and utilities. b. Site utilities and improvements including sanitary sewer, site electrical, storm drainage and site paving. c. The building is classified by the International Building Code as "Educational Occupancy". d. The Construction Type is classified as Type V Sprinklered. e. Mechanical, fire protection, electrical and communications systems. f. Signage including room signage and exterior building letters/numbers. g. Pay fees related to the work, including, but not limited to tap fees, and other fees required by authorities having jurisdiction
