It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to locate utilities to assure the proper placement of guardrail with respect to the pavement and to comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The term of the bid shall be from July 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2026 No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. Such a request to withdraw should be made in writing to the Hamblen County Highway Superintendent who will approve or disapprove of the request.
