Renovation of an educational facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Grease Interceptor Addition for Morristown-Hamblen High School East, located at 1Hurricane Lane, Morristown, Tennessee 37813. The project shall generally consist of installation of a new exterior grease interceptor and associated plumbing work under the existing floor slab of the existing building. All Questions are to be directed to Jim Hinton, Cope Architecture at jhinton@copearchitecture.com.All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the "CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING ACT OF 1976", and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter0680-1. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
