Weather conditions and the progress of the preparatory work carried out by the Municipality will determine delivery. Delivery shall be made at the rate and according to the needs of the Municipality. The municipality of Saint-Ludger, located in the MRC du Granit, is requesting bids for the supply of MG20B granular materials for the 2024 summer season. The bidder must submit a price per metric ton including delivery of materials and a price per metric ton excluding delivery of materials. The price used to determine the lowest compliant bidder will be the sum of the two multiplication results, namely: - Estimated quantities delivered X price delivered = Total A - Estimated quantities undelivered X price undelivered = Total B - Grand total (price used to accept the bid) = Total A + Total B
