Renovation of an educational facility in Potlatch, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the replacement of 2 Heating (Gas Furnace) units at the Potlatch Elementary Gym which have failed. The overall goal of the project is to replace the current rooftop furnace system (2 Units) for the gym with the same or similar model that has failed. Existing ductwork can be used but a thermostat change is possible. The Current system is as follows: Reznor Duct Furnace Category III Rooftop unit (two) for industrial/commercial use only ANSI Z83.8b2000 CGA2.6b-M00 Model: HRP400-8-2 Serial# BCI65X4L-8464 Propane Proposals should include the cost of equipment, the manufacturer's make and model, installation, engineering, commissioning, and any structural issues that may need to be addressed. In addition, references and qualifications for the work should be provided. Evaluation Criteria: Qualifications and experience of the applicant, including appropriate public works licensing and suitable references Ability to provide requested services promptly (before August 1, 2025) Cost - Potlatch School District is a fiscally responsible organization. Potlatch School District is seeking competitive bids for the project. Minimum Requirements: To be considered, the company must meet the following minimum requirements: Proof of sufficient insurance must be provided. Suitable qualifications and experience, including appropriate (public works) licensing and suitable references.
