Provide materials, labour and tooling necessary to : i. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the Chillers, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Tender Documents including, without limitation, section 2.3 (Technical Specifications); ii. Perform all maintenance recommended by customary industry standards and by the respective manufacturers of each Chiller, as well as all maintenance recommended and/or required under Applicable Laws (as such term is defined in Article 2.3.1); and iii. Perform tubular analysis for each of the Coolers specified in Section B ANNUAL PRICE FOR TUBULAR ANALYSIS of Schedule 16 PRICE SCHEDULE in accordance with the terms, times and levels set forth in these Tender Documents including, without limitation, those specified in Article 2.3 (Technical Specifications). B. At Concordia's request: i. Respond to calls for Services from Concordia to provide trouble-shooting service in accordance with the terms, conditions and timeframes set forth in these Tender Documents; and ii. Carry out repairs and/or modifications to the Chillers as required or requested by Concordia, all according to the terms and deadlines set forth in these Tender Documents.
