Renovation of a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The West Virginia Lottery is soliciting an Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") from qualified firms to provide architectural/ engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide professional Architectural/Engineering services for assessment, planning, designs, and oversight for a method of correction for water pooling on the 2nd floor roof of the WV Lottery Headquarters Building located at 900 Pennsylvania Ave, Charleston WV 25302 per the attached documentation. In accordance with W. Va. Code 5G-1-1 (et seq) WV Lottery seeks A/E Services for a method of correction for water pooling on the 2nd floor roof of the WV Lottery HQ building as described herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
